Contrary to many peoples knowledge lawyers are extremely capable finance raisers and mortgage brokers. While it is not our practice to advertise ourselves as mortgage brokers our relationships with most of the major trading banks and many other lenders gives us access to funds for our clients.
We are kept regularly informed on the rates of the banks with which we deal and know on any given day which bank is offering the best deal for our customers.
In addition to offering mortgage broking services we are experts in preparing and offering the legal documentation required by financiers to secure their financial advances. By negotiation we are usually quite happy, where we have received a mortgage broking fee from the bank, to reduce our fees, often to the level of the contribution offered by the bank. This is not something which can always be negotiated with other mortgage brokers.
